I gravitated towards taking more photos of this cowboy because I recognized a WWJD bracelet on his left wrist. I was very happy when my film was developed because this is absolutely my favorite picture of my "WESTERN TRADITIONS" collection.
This cowboy was doing some day work for a rancher. Dayworking is one type of job there is plenty of need for in this area 60 miles east of Amarillo. I was told that there was this type of employment available when I was inquiring about jobs in Clarendon. Unfortunately, I don't have a horse and saddle yet, and even if I did, I wouldn't be ready to supplementing my income by cowboying. In a few years, maybe, God willing.
