Biography and exhibit continued....

In early 1998, Brian Humek was granted an opportunity to chronicle life in and around the Panhandle town of Clarendon, TX. His visits to various ranches along the rim of Palo Duro Canyon resulted in the collection of black and white prints titled WESTERN TRADITIONS: Cowboys, Cattle & Clarendon.

When asked how he goes about planning each photograph and how they turn out so well, Brian can often be heard answering "I just let God point me in the right direction and I push the button." As the Bible instructs us to glorify God in all that we do, Brian tries to do this through his photography. Brian also shoots color photography of rural churches from all around the country.
